3. Intellectual Property & Drawings
All proprietary construction engineering methodologies, structural calculation frameworks, and digital blueprints developed by the Company remain the exclusive intellectual property of SATTVASHTHA Projects Pvt. Ltd. until contract completion.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
